Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
UNM Parking and Transportation Services isseeking an energetic, customer-friendly individual with strong interpersonaland cash management skills to assist with various activities throughout ourbusiness division.
Duties may include but are not limited to the following :
Assist in communicating information about parking andtransportation to customers
Assist with cash and / or credit card transactions
Assist in the evenings and on weekends with special eventparking when necessary
Assist customers at the Transportation Information Center inthe SUB
Assist with data entry and file maintenance
Participation in promotion activities
Miscellaneous duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Preferencewill be given to candidates with :
Abilityto work shifts of at least 4 consecutive hours, preferably during the hours of7 : 15 am to 4 : 15 on Tuesdays for this current Spring semester.
Work-study award
Prior cash handling and customer service experience
Available to work at least 20 hours a week
Available to work occasional evenings and weekends to assist with events
Selectedcandidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background check
