Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a Data Systems Administrator for an end client requirement. As a Data System Administrator you'll strengthen their data infrastructure and enhance the use of their data systems.
This role is ideal for mid-to-entry-level professionals looking to advance their careers in the information systems field.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES
- Assist in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our data systems, including databases, software applications, and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data-related projects and initiatives.
- Perform configuration, automation, and maintenance of CRM and ERP systems.
- Assist in developing and implementing data-driven solutions and strategies to support business objectives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to data systems and provide timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
- Build, maintain, and validate data-driven dashboards and reporting
- Develop automation and routine database maintenance tasks
- Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, and implementing middleware between applications and databases
- Assist with IS and IT needs as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel is highly recommended.
- Proficiency with CRM(Salesforce) and ERP(NetSuite) is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and cross department teams
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in systems administration and information technology.
- Prior experience with information system management is preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
