Job Title : Quality Assurance Manager
Company : LHH Recruitment Solutions is thrilled to partner with a rapidly growing company based in the Portland, Oregon area for the role of Quality Assurance Manager.
Location : Portland, Oregon
Position Type : Full-time
Overview : As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing ISO9001-2015 compliance, managing our Quality Management System (QMS), leading the implementation of new QMS software, and ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
You will also be responsible for managing customer audits and providing leadership to our team of Quality Engineers and CWIs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards in accordance with ISO9001-2015.
- Manage and ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead the implementation of new QMS software, ensuring seamless integration across the company.
- Manage and oversee customer and regulatory audits, ensuring all quality requirements are met and maintained.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team of Quality Engineers and CWIs.
- Design and establish robust processes and programs to support the growth of the Quality Assurance department.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency in manufacturing and inspection processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Manager in a manufacturing setting, or 3+ years of experience in place of a degree.
- Proven experience managing ISO9001-2015 compliance.
- Proven experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
- Experience and strong understanding of QMS software platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing Quality Assurance teams.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), ISO 9001 : 2015 Certified Lead Auditor, or equivalent are preferred.
- Willingness to work occasionally in a cleanroom environment.
