As we expand our portfolio of semiconductor product development, we are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our world-class team.

Location : San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

As a Project Manager at Integense, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our analog and mixed-signal ASIC development projects.

Your exceptional collaboration skills, project planning expertise, and experience in this domain will be essential in leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

You will have the opportunity to work on next-generation products, collaborate with top-tier clients, and contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge semiconductor technology.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, verification, layout, and manufacturing, to drive seamless project integration.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Foster effective communication channels, facilitating information exchange between teams and stakeholders, including clients and management.
  • Track project progress, prepare weekly status reports, and present updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality processes, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing lessons learned to optimize future project performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on analog and mixed-signal ASIC development.
  • Strong understanding of the entire ASIC development process, from concept to production.
  • Excellent collaboration and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional project planning and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, quality processes, and regulatory requirements in semiconductor development.
