Executive Coordinator

As an Executive Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Executive Support : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
• Communication Management : Be the main contact between executives and stakeholders.
• Project Coordination : Help plan and execute projects, keeping everything on track.
• Data Management : Organize and maintain important documents and data.
• Meeting Preparation : Prepare agendas and follow up on action items.
• Event Planning : Organize events, meetings, and conferences efficiently.
• Office Management : Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

Requirements :

• Experience : 2-3 years in an executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech Stack Proficiency : Google Workspace, Zoom, and Salesforce are not required but preferred
• Organization : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solver : Anticipate needs, think critically, and solve problems.
• Team Player : Work well with others and contribute to the team.
