Job Requirements : 3+ Years of Experience Estimating heavy civil government projects

The lead estimator position is a crucial hire, bidding on and closing heavy civil government projects that will create continued growth opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and develop accurate estimates.
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Research and source materials and equipment to ensure accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and project teams, and negotiate pricing and scope as needed.

What You Need For This Role

• Job Requirements : 3+ Years of Experience Estimating heavy civil government projects
• HCSS - Agtek - Bluebeam -Primavera
• Experience with federal pursuits prefferd
• USACE, BOR, NAVFAC, GSA, DoD, ect.
