Facility Maintenance and EM Technician RadioMedix Inc., a Biotechnology Company headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking a mid level Facility Maintenance and EM Technician.

Facility Maintenance responsibilities : Properly receives incoming materials according to RadioMedix material specifications Assists in building maintenance Empties all waste containers and replace sticky mats as necessary Survey’s trash for radioactivity as part of radiation safety program Assists in facility upkeep including checking ceiling tiles, cleaning bench top spaces, and ensuring the warehouse and QC labs are in a state of control Assists in building maintenance including repairs Environmental Monitoring responsibilities : Performs Environmental Monitoring responsibilities according to cGMP standards Maintains proper housekeeping expectations and cleaning of restricted areas including aseptic manufacturing spaces (clean rooms) and QC Labs Follows written procedures that pertain to all Environmental Monitoring and Cleaning Adheres to cleaning schedules including daily, weekly and monthly cleanings according to RadioMedix procedures Adheres to proper gowning while entering restricted areas according to ISO classification Other Responsibilities : Be self-motivated and able to work as a team member when needed Ensures a safe and quality working environment through training, awareness, and compliance to safety guidelines and SOP'S.
Follows and promote on-the-job safety expectations, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following cGMP rules and guidelines in all designated areas.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.) Powered by JazzHR
