Job Summary
The Patient Services Technician is a critical team member and responsible for providing memorable patient consultations
and ensuring operational excellence. The Patient Services Technician is also responsible for assisting with checking in
patients, cash handling, dispensary cleanliness and presentation and inventory control.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
Greet patients with a smile and positive attitude
Provide an outstanding customer experience that exceeds customer expectations and creates loyalty
Maintains confidentiality with customer information and interaction
Responsible for effectively and compassionately answering customer questions, fulfilling orders, transaction cash
handling, accurately utilizing the POS system, maintaining customer records.
Assists in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Follows all company policies and compliance regulations as required by state law
Completes transactions at the POS ensuring proper inventory management
Checks customers' ID and ensures compliance with ability to make purchases, including program supply limits
Performs daily opening and closing procedures
Continue on-going cannabis and compliance education and ensure annual training requirements are met
Assist with receiving, counting, stocking and auditing inventory
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma and a minimum of three years retail or hospitality experience
Highly organized with strong customer service skills
Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other dispensary-related
tools and technologies preferred
Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
Must be over age 21, able to obtain State required credentials, and pass a criminal background check

Walking and standing for extended periods of time
