Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the OSP Service Desk and manage full-time staffMonitor workflow, ticket volume, and trends to evaluate customer support effectivenessDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and a Quality Assurance program for the teamRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldA minimum of five years of experience in technical customer support, customer service, and team managementExperience with Jira Service Management preferredAny equivalent combination of related education and / or experience will be consideredAll qualifications must be met by the time of employment
