Job Summary
We are seeking an Automotive Body Man to join our team! As an body man, you will work closely with thoroughly inspect and evaluate vehicles.
You will repair vehicles, managing multiple repair projects at once, and working closely with coworkers to ensure work is completed properly and on time.
The ideal candidate has previous autobody experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong lines of communication between yourself and the coworkers throughout the whole process to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Repair vehicles to the best of your ability, maintaining our high standards. Straightening bent bodies, removing dents, replacing crumpled parts, and repairing bodywork.
Replacing damaged parts and proper installation of new parts.
- Inspecting vehicles, checking for rust, corrosion, and mechanical problems, and inspecting repaired vehicles for proper handling
- Work within the guidelines of various insurance guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous autobody experience desired (Min 2 years)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with insurance guidelines desired
