Implementation Specialist

HumCap’s client, a fast-growing SaaS company in the financial services space, is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join their team.

You will play a key role in helping clients optimize their operations and drive significant value. We’re looking for someone who is eager to take on new challenges and grow within the organization.

• The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new alternative asset manager clients to the platform. This includes but is not limited to becoming an expert in the product and working closely with clients to understand and document their current business documentation, workflows, and their approach to expense allocations;
• assisting clients with analyzing and organizing their data in preparation for onboarding; running weekly calls with clients;
• creating and maintaining project plans and internal databases; setting up connectivity to their third parties; granting and maintaining client access to the platform;

and coordinating any ad hoc client deliverables.

The software helps clients streamline operations, reduce manual workloads, and achieve significant cost savings. The company is cash-flow positive and rapidly scaling, with plans to expand both the team and client base in the coming years.

What You'll Do :

• Lead Client Implementations : Manage the full 12-week implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to the SaaS platform.
• Data Management : Oversee client data integration, focusing on accuracy and customization to meet client needs.
• Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients' CFOs, tracking vendors, managing payments, and delivering back-office solutions that significantly improve efficiency.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Participate in daily standups, scrum calls, and follow-up meetings with the development team to ensure projects are on track.
• SQL & Analytics : Use your knowledge of SQL to help streamline processes and contribute to troubleshooting technical issues (preferred, but not required).
• Financial Services Expertise : Leverage your knowledge of financial services to work with high-profile clients in the asset management, hedge fund, and PE space.

What We're Looking For :

• 2-8 years of experience in implementing SaaS solutions, particularly in a financial services or related industry. Experience with data integration and client-facing roles is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree OR a background in business, IT, or related fields
• You excel in managing client relationships and are adept at handling high-pressure, high-stakes implementations.
• You love diving into data, ensuring every detail is accounted for, and take pride in delivering exceptional results.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are eager to grow with a rapidly scaling company. You have the skills to learn quickly in a results-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated success in project management
• While not required, experience with SQL and data management will give you an edge.
• Strong background in process
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple workflows, while understanding the need for 100% accuracy.
• Ability to evaluate situations, prioritize accordingly, and make informed decision with confidence.
