Director of Operations
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to join an esteemed team and drive operational excellence.
Position Overview :
The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the surplus recovery process within the real estate industry.
The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and enhancing overall service delivery.
Responsibilities :
1. Operational Strategy and Management :
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and effective management of resources.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
2. Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
3. Process Optimization :
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all operational processes are documented, scalable, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Utilize technology and automation to streamline operations where possible.
4. Compliance and Risk Management :
- Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
5. Relations :
- Manage relationships with partners, attorneys, and managers.
- Address and resolve any operational issues impacting client relations.
6. Budget and Resource Management :
- Develop and manage the operations budget.
- Optimize resource allocation to achieve operational efficiency.
- Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
7. Reporting and Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
- Conduct thorough analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on operational data.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the real estate or surplus recovery industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management , or a related field or experience. (Master’s degree preferred).
- Salesforce experience
- Proficiency in operational analysis and performance metrics.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Location : Onsite, Lake Worth, FL
Compensation : $65,000 - $80,000
