Registered Nurse - Case Manager
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team as Case Managers. In this role, you will conduct in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapon's Workers with chronic / terminal illness due to exposure to toxic substances while working for the Government.
You will provide case management to assigned clients and direct a team of RNs, LPNs, and caregivers in the delivery of care.
If you are a graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing, have at least two years of nursing experience, and possess an unrestricted RN license, we encourage you to apply.
