Responsibilities
- Pull and fill orders for daily shipment, delivery and / or pick-up
- Call on outside vendors for emergency out-of-stock needs
- Communicate with customers on price quotes, payment processing and credit authorization
- Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing
- Ensure internal parts requests are properly billed
- Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
- Notify management of parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volum
