This role focuses on Accounts Receivable and will play a key role in the Oracle / Oracle Fusion transition project. The individual will be responsible for reconciling financial records and supporting the system implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable processes.
- Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow analysis.
- Assist with budgeting and revenue analysis.
- Play an active role in the Oracle / Oracle Fusion system transition and implementation.
- Support system modifications, testing, and updates.
- Provide training and troubleshooting during the ERP transition.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong experience with Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or ERP systems.
- Experience in ERP implementation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
