Purpose of Role : This is a sales leader role responsible for optimizing the ESCO brand’s competitive position within the region by developing strong customer alliances and highly effective distribution channels.

The DSM will be primarily responsible for all sales activities for the purpose of achieving or surpassing sales growth targets, developing new accounts, building strong customer relationships, and establishing the ESCO brand as a value added leader in the market place.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales growth targets. Lead sales initiatives to enhance ESCO brand competitiveness in the South region.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong alliances with existing and new customers. Foster long-term relationships through regular on-site visits and personalized engagement.

Distribution Channel Management : Evaluate current distribution channels and explore opportunities to expand and enhance them.

Work to upgrade existing distribution partnerships and develop new relationships to increase market reach.

Product Training and Support : Provide training and support to dealers, agents, and customers on the value, use, and maintenance of ESCO products.

Safety First : Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or any related equivalent degree is preferred.

5+ years of sales experience, preferably in industrial sectors such as mining, minerals, construction, or related industries.

Skilled in utilizing ERP systems, CRM software. Salesforce is preferred. Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) and stay overnight as required.
