POSITION SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for supporting selected post-acute Telemedicine programs by running start up processes and day-to-day operations.
Activities include implementing new telemedicine service, supporting continuous process improvement, supporting accounting practices, and generally maintaining weekly and monthly performance management cycles.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Administrative & Operations Support
- Complete technical setup of new programs in technology platforms and supporting administrative systems.
- Partner closely with the Account Managers to ensure client expectations are consistently met.
- Help Sound Physicians central service teams in accounting, IT, legal, HR, etc as needed for client accounts.
- Work with regional telemedicine business and clinical team to identify, design, and implement best practices which ensure smooth communication, capture of necessary data, and optimal clinical and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities in daily workflows and assist the leadership team in problem solving and resolution.
- Maintain system data to ensure accurate operational reporting, e.g. make sure the account level data is kept up to date.
- Provide ongoing technical troubleshooting for live Telemedicine programs.
- Additional projects as assigned.
- Understand, and review for accuracy, regular operations reports for assigned sites. Identify concerning trends and participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
Education
- Minimum : Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or similar field
- Preferred : MBA, MHA
Experience
Minimum : 2-3 years’ experience working with healthcare operational management, including working knowledge of the home health industry
OTHER PHYSICAL AND / OR SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Sitting at desk for up to four hours (w / breaks)
- Working on computer for up to eight hours (w / breaks)
- Ability to work remotely
