Overview and Essential Functions A successful Regional Business Operations Manager shall drive the planning and overall execution of an assigned project / department / location by establishing strong, positive relationships with key cross functional groups within the assigned region.

This position shall implement strategies for improvement throughout different departments such as construction, finance / accounting, and human resources as well as identify, plan, and develop strategies and processes for the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure the financial needs and goals of a company are met.
