Job Purpose Summary : Achieve Portable Air's territory revenue and new account goals by developing new customer relationships and delivering Portable Air's value proposition to its HVAC customers (primarily mechanical contractors, Event & Temporary Structure Providers, and Facility Managers).
Top Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a territory plan to prospect, qualify, establish business fit, propose & close new business to achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline in SalesForce CRM.
- Collaborate with sales peers, inside sales, and operations team to articulate, deliver, and improve Portable Air's value proposition to our customers.

Key Tasks & Activities :
- Prospect, qualify, and manage new customer opportunities to meet customer needs and achieve territory business goals.
- Provide formal sales presentations to customer decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with sales and operations peers to provide turnkey temporary climate control and energy solutions to our customers and profitably meet customer needs.
- Report sales and up-to-date customer activity using Salesforce CRM.
- Plan and participate in customer entertainment, trade shows, and business networking events.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to maximize individual and team effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient with a proven sales track record of at least five years, or a combination of sales experience and a completed degree in business or marketing experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Proficiency with technology & computer skills
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
