Core Responsibilities :
- Leads a team of three or more Account Managers (direct reports)
- Responsible for JAN-PRO franchise support, overseeing national accounts operations and procedures, customer service, new client onboarding, existing account revenue growth, and request for proposal (RFP) responses.
- Process inspections and work orders.
- Manage, support, and develop National Accounts brand operations, sales and account manager team.
- Communicate regularly with brand leadership, support teams and Franchisees
- Supports account growth through exceptional customer service and communication
- Act as a liaison between client and account team, answers questions, escalates issues, resolves payment disputes and manages contracts and renewals
- Assist with projects assigned to assist JAN-PRO's overall company strategy and growth
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of Account Management experience
- Experience supporting billing, collections, payments and proposals
- Experience in franchising is a plus
- Strong organization and administrative abilities
- Ability to lead a small team
- High attention to detail
- Customer relations and support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
