- Provide leadership and direction to a team of rehab professionals
- Oversee the daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation services, making recommendations for improvements and implementing changes as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in rehabilitation therapies and techniques, incorporating evidence-based practices into clinical protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards related to rehabilitation services.
