Director, Operations

Job Overview :

The Director of Surgical Operations is responsible for operations and finances across the Surgical, Anesthesia and Perioperative Service Lines.

Position responsible for tracking and maintenance of operational and quality metrics across all departments within the three service lines.

Execution of special projects and new initiatives that will benefit growth and efficiency of the service lines.

Qualifications : Required :

Required :

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years or more of progressive experience in health care within a service line setting.
• Prior experience with managing Quality Management Projects

Preferred :

• Masters preferred in Healthcare administration or MBA
• Experience working in an Acute Care facility

Essential Functions :

Develop comprehensive financial pro formas, P&Ls and business plans for large strategies and capital projects; conduct market analyses and growth projections with payor mix analyses;

present business plans to senior leadership / C-Suite

Govern ambulatory operational and capital budgets, interface with key vendors across departments to develop contracts and payment plans

Pay Range Section : $120,000 - $140,000
