The Office of Institutional Advancement at High Point University seeks a full-time Manager of Panther Club Annual Giving and Season Tickets to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward active and prospective Panther Club donors.
This position will work closely with the Senior Director of Athletic Development and be responsible in positioning the Department of Athletics in priorities to achieve the Panther Club’s annual fund goals.
While contributing to Panther Club fundraising efforts, this position will also lead Qubein Center season ticket sales for men’s and women’s basketball.
The Manager of Panther Club Annual Giving and Season Tickets must have high energy, drive, integrity, sincerity, and a desire to work collegially within a goal-oriented fundraising organization.

Experience and Training :
Minimum two years of demonstrated fundraising success.

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple assignments involving staff, faculty, volunteers and donors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Builds and manages a portfolio of annual fund donors and prospects in a disciplined and organized manner.
- Willingness and ability to travel and manage working evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Proactively identify and solicit Panther Club annual fund gifts of $500 or higher.
- Solicit season tickets and premium sales for the Qubein Center.
- Manages Panther Club ticket fulfillment and provide assistance on all ticket related issues.
- Collaborates with the Senior Director of Athletic Development on occasional major gift solicitations.
- Maintains monthly travel schedule meeting with current and prospective donors.
- Oversees member benefits, including the Panther Club Priority Point system and Panther Club membership benefit fulfillment.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of all donor events, including sport-specific fundraisers and the annual Panther Club Golf Tournament.
- Actively engage benefactors in the University’s activities.
- Embraces and articulates the mission and culture of High Point University
- Possess a working knowledge of the University’s programs and departments.
- Consults with the Senior Director of Athletic Development regarding strategy, development, and action plan for solicitation, closure and stewardship at all annual giving levels.
- Meets and exceeds mutually agreed goals for donor contacts, visits, proposals and closed gifts.
ACCOUNTABILITY :
- Meet goals and objectives for the Panther Club annual fund.
- No supervisory responsibilities.
- Reports to Senior Director of Athletic Development.
