- At least 12 -15 years of experience implementing Oracle HR.-Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as a Project Manager.
- Strong experience in HR process design and leading design workshops.-Experience with the following modules : Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor (OTL), Learning Management, Advanced Benefits (OAB), Compensation Workbench (CWB), i-Recruitment, Talent Management, Self Service and Labor Distribution.
- Able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.-Strong Project Management, Configuration and Design skills.National Search.
