We are currently seeking a Project Manager who has a passion for what they do and is excited to become the next member of our dynamic Design / Build team.
Job Summary :
The Project Manager is responsible for installations and the management of projects on and off site. This position oversees projects to substantial completion and through the warranty period, communicating with customers and designers, setting up projects, and maintaining quality standards.
The Project Manager coordinates with the Division Manager, and Project Coordinator to schedule manpower and equipment resources.
Responsibilities :
- Manage landscape projects through substantial completion according to plan and budget, and through the warranty period, communicating progress to company management and field staff effectively.
- Read and follow all work orders, designs, materials lists, guidelines, and apply necessary timelines to the schedule.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and vehicle preventive maintenance programs with Operations Manager and Service Technician.
- Order and schedule material deliveries to all projects as needed.
- Receive daily input and paperwork from the Crew Leaders, as pertaining to budget, schedule, and productivity. Benefits :

- 3+ years experience in leadership and management
- Excellent client / vendor / team communication
- Meeting and hitting labor / material budgets
- Proficient at scheduling / dispatching
- Detail oriented with schedules and numbers
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times even in difficult circumstances
- Proficient and professional in phone and email communication
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization
- Proficient with computers
- Ability to quickly learn and use various types of software (CRM, GSuite, Aspire, etc.)
- Detailed and accurate record keeping
