Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities for the HOUSTON, TX market, building relationships with clients, and driving company growth.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying new markets, creating strategies to expand our customer base, and nurturing partnerships.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through Houston market research and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
- Document sales in the company CRM
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
