Job Description :

Our global growth continues and we want you to be an integral part of it. As a Senior Client Engagement Manager for leading Cloud, Enterprise, and Edge Data Center clients, you will be responsible for co-creating positive business outcomes with Microchip solutions that Connect, Manage, and Secure the world’s information delivering clients the freedom to innovate.

Job Responsibilities :

Use insight and consultative selling techniques to engage clients in conversations about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to Microchip s solutions.

Identify the key client stakeholders and coach those stakeholders to build consensus for Microchip’s solutions within their organization.

Contribute and participate within a global team environment, to successfully develop and implement Data Center sales strategies for our clients.

Communicate effectively with Microchip product business units providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in Data Center solutions for our clients.

Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience marketing or selling to key clients in the US Government / Defense / Military market.
  • Excellent written and communications skills
  • The ideal candidate for this position has a strong track record of driving successful sales to military and federal agencies.

Preferred qualifications include :

  • Experience engaging with government agencies and government contractors, US military defense clients.
  • Basic understanding of Server / Storage / Networking architectures and implementations in military defense applications.
  • Analyzes performance and implements strategy to achieve goals / reinforce brand position. Keeps company managers updated on the strategic plans of customers.

Work with other departments / divisions within the company in creating and developing sales & growth plans.

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Adept in developing new business opportunities within the Department of Defense, including Defense Agencies and in CONUS.
