Responsibilities
- Investigate and diagnose incidents to restore a failed IT service as quickly as possible
- Develop relationships with team members in the business and on other technical teams
- Create knowledge articles and business documentation for troubleshooting
- Respond to customer support requests and assist fellow teammates when needed
- Suggest new processes that will help streamline development
- Balance multiple projects and incidents at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable way
Qualifications
Must Have :
- 2+ years of experience in incident management, requirements gathering and creating documentation throughout all stages of application development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in effectively communicating with all levels of internal leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively on a team in a fast paced environment
- On-site attendance
- 11 : 00AM-8 : 00PM
Nice to Have :
- Financial Services or Mortgage industry knowledge and / or experience
- Demonstrated experience working in an agile software development process
- SQL knowledge - understand how to look up data / create joins
- Project management experience
- BS or BA degree in Business, Communications or IT
