job summary : Responsibilities :

- Direct supervision of 4-25 assigned line employees
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are understood by assigned team, with full compliance
- Investigate and communicate equipment issues or line maintenance needs
- Inspect line equipment at start-up or shift start with updates as needed throughout the shift.
- Initiate productivity improvement and communicate opportunities and results to shift supervisor
- Assign team members to line positions optimizing personal capabilities with cross training rotational opportunities
- Provide induvial training of new tam roles as needed for new hires or transfer assignments
- Provide roduction and yield performance for assigned Line as required to Shift Supervisor at shift end
