Your Mission

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, your mission is to partner closely with hiring leaders to attract, source, and recruit top talent to support our rapidly scaling business operations.

Within 1 month, you’ll :

  • Become a brand ambassador of Unison; able to share our mission, story, product, and what makes Unison a great place to work
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and learn about their current needs
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for a few hiring managers (from hiring manager intake conversations, to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates)

Within 3 months, you’ll :

  • Be a trusted advisor and resource to hiring managers; understanding and anticipating their needs, and providing detailed updates on candidate pipelines, market trends, time-to-hire, etc.
  • Be able to manage full cycle recruiting for any team at Unison
  • Provide consistently excellent candidate experiences

Within 6 months, you’ll :

  • Develop and integrate new sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Develop and integrate new processes to improve how we evaluate and measure success

About You

You enjoy learning about individual career goals, motivation, and skillset in order to source and onboard the best mutual fit for teams.

You exemplify our values, have a drive to succeed, and your experience includes :

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • HR Generalist experience is a plus
  • Experience sourcing all position levels across both technical and non-technical positions, (executive and diversity recruiting experience is a strong plus)
  • Proven ability to establish and cultivate ongoing relationships across all levels of a company (executives, hiring managers, team members, etc.)
  • Ability to build rapport with and understand a candidate’s motivation, career goals, and interests, and to communicate our teams’ needs with candidates
  • Experience with Greenhouse and / or Radford compensation is a strong plus
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, while continuing to drive an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
