Location : Charleston, SC
Salary : $40k / year + benefits
Schedule : Monday Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM
Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and organized On-site Administrative Assistant to join our client’s dynamic manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative, HR, or office management roles and will provide essential support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle office administration tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Support HR with employee records, onboarding, and recruitment
- Manage office supplies, order inventory, and coordinate maintenance requests
- Assist with reports, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with staff and external partners to ensure a productive work environment
Requirements :
- Proven experience in administration, HR, or office management (preferably in a manufacturing environment)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
