Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team! As a Specialized Sales Associate, you will focus on promoting and selling protective coatings to customers in South Florida, primarily in West Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual who can manage their time effectively, has a strong understanding of protective coatings and corrosion, and is eager to earn high-yield commissions.

Responsibilities :

• Visit customers and potential clients to promote and sell protective coatings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct needs assessments to provide tailored solutions for customers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitor activity
• Manage and prioritize your own sales territory and schedule
• Meet and exceed sales targets to earn high-yield commissions

Requirements :

• Knowledge of protective coatings and corrosion protection
• Experience in sales or a related field (1-3 years) (coatings industry experience a plus)
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., chemistry, engineering) preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (territory coverage may require extensive travel)
