THE JOB :
The Table Games Dealer is accountable for conducting game dealing duties while delivering outstanding guest service. All responsibilities must adhere to federal, state, and local laws, as well as departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.
THE STARTING RATE : $
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Deal one or more Game Types proficiently, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Specialty Games (Poker), and variations.
Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers / closers, and marker transactions; accurately exchange cash or markers for chips;
collect losing bets, pays winning bets, and collect commission based on game dealt.
Communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game.
Notify supervisor immediately of all mistakes or claims and makes resolution only at the direction of the supervisor.
Verbalize player instructions, card totals, results, or any other information as required in the procedures of each game.
Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game.
Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries;
resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management.
Notify supervisor and / or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Flexibility to work various shifts / hours as needed per on call requirement.
Prior experience as a table games dealer in a similar resort setting.
Proficient in dealing a variety of table games.
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledgeable about federal, state, and local gaming laws and regulations.
Experienced in maintaining game integrity and ensuring fair play.
Strong mathematical skills for calculating payouts and maintaining accurate chip counts.
Effective communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays.
