Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist in Charge - Retail
Rx relief is seeking a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist in Charge to work in a hospital in the Madison, WI area. We are looking to fill this position quickly.

Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist in Charge - Retail
Job Specifics and Requirements :
- Must be able to work in Madison, WI
- Must have a valid, clear and active Wisconsin Pharmacist license
- Must have B.S or Pharm.D
- Preferred to have 1+ years of management experience in pharmacy
- Must have 2+ years of pharmacy experience as a licensed Pharmacist
- Background and Drug Screening
- Health Screening required
Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist in Charge - Retail
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations including workflow, maintenance of quality control standards and compliance with company policies and state / federal regulations
- Manage and develop pharmacy staff including hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee relations
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, doctors and insurance companies
- Ensure proper stocking and inventory management of pharmaceutical supplies
- Process prescriptions accurately and within legal turnaround times
