  • BSCE
  • EIT certification (preferred)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • AutoCAD / Civil 3D experience is highly desirable
  • Strong work ethic and desire to learn Company The Portland Civil + Survey office (including satellite offices in Eugene and Washington DC) consists of 105 employees including 41 PEs and 3 PLSs.

Our office has transitioned into a hybrid work environment. The expectation is that employees will work in-office 3 days / week with flexibility to work remotely 2 days.

We work on a wide variety of project types, serving public and private clients in land development, transportation, and municipal projects.

This includes architectural-led projects for higher ed campuses, sports facilities, schools, medical campuses, and mixed-use housing.

In addition, we work on parks, trails, master planning, and include stormwater management and a sustainability focus in everything we do.
