Position Description :

Prodigy Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to be responsible, under the direction of the Community Manager, for the maintenance of multiple communities.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Maintain a professional image and attitude in keeping with the objectives of the company and residents welfare.

Keep the grounds, garbage container areas, hallways, garages and / or parking lots, in a neat and orderly manner, not allowing any trash or debris to accumulate.

Assist management / leasing staff with curb appeal which may include detailing model units, putting out balloons, banners, a-boards, etc.

Complete work orders.

Regular maintenance of the building exteriors and interiors.

Parking areas are to be maintained in a clean and safe manner.

Keep an inventory on all parts and tools belonging to the community. Maintain a neat and organized workshop area free of clutter and debris.

Turn vacant units within 3 days of the prior residents move-out.

Change the lock(s) on all vacant unit doors.

Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
