Each day brings something new as you service 25+ clinics, 400 providers, and 42 programs in San Diego.
- Hourly Rate : $23-29 / hr
- Temp-to-Hire : 17 weeks as a temporary employee with ability to stay on as a permanent employee
- Schedule : 40 hours / wk, 10 : 30am-6 : 30pm Mon-Sat pick which weekday you'll have off! - Spanish
To work in the call center, you will... Efficiently and actively provides excellent customer service by properly greeting, listening, assisting, closing each call in a pleasant, professional and helpful manner.
- Provide excellent customer service defined by professionalism and helpfulness
- Assess and the needs of each patient who calls
- Schedule and manage appointments plus assist with the completion of pre-registration
- Showcase an ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, high call volume environment

- Bilingual - Spanish
- MA or receptionist experience 1-5 years or medical call center experience 1 year
- Can work the schedule provided in the description
- GED / High school diploma
Requirements Please only apply if you have the following :
- Minimum : High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred : Medical Assistant Certification
- The ability to type accurately and speedily (at least 40 words per minute we can provide a quick test assess this!)
- 1 year of healthcare call center experience or MA 3-5 yrs
