Closed Loop Recycling (CLR) is looking for a hard-working, self-motivated Swing Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Las Vegas, NV ! CLR is one of the fastest-growing recycling companies and we are excited to expand with a Las Vegas, NV facility that will service clients in Nevada, California, Utah, and Arizona.
This position will require truck training to be able to service clients when needed. Swing Drivers remove 55-gallon collection drums filled with dirty PPE and other items and replace them with new materials.
This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position that involves driving over the road, lifting, and moving heavy objects frequently, and communicating with our logistics department.
Plant Responsibilities :
Shipping and receiving
Production prep (dirty sort)
Pairing and inspecting gloves, vests, sleeves etc.
Washing & sorting drums
Stocking inventory shelves and inventory tracking
Loading and unloading service trucks
Keeping the facility up to OSHA safety standards and audit-ready
Making sure the quality of the product is 100% client-ready
Driver Requirements :
DOT Medical Card
Ability to travel as needed (over the road)
Ability to move heavy objects (200+ lbs with assistance of a dolly or pallet jack)
Must have a clean driving / criminal record
Must pass our pre-employment physical strength test,
Must pass our pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Skills and Experience :
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to use a pallet jack
Ability to lift heavy objects
Plant / warehouse experience
Mechanic / carpentry / welding experience a plus
Ability to operate warehouse equipment
