Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that acquisition process and procurement activities adhere to federal regulations, organizational policies, State policies, University System of GA policies and federal contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in monitoring and analyzing acquisition requests.

2. Provide excellent customer service and assist with resolving compliance related issues

3. Collaborate with research teams and administrative units to support procurement planning

Required Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, STEM, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales and / or procurement experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe
