JOB SUMMARY : Facility is looking to hire a Social Worker who will also be part of the business office.
Director of S.W. : Experience, qualifications, knowledge : Must be a CSW and hold the certificate for same. Experience with the elderly and a sensitivity to their special needs.
The Social Worker must be a part of the interdisciplinary team and meet the established standards in the NJ and Federal Regulations.
Be easy going and have warm relationships with families. Know the process of discharge planning, charting and documenting.
Prior nursing home experience a must.
Business Office Manager : Part of the job is to help out off site business office. Part of the responsibilities are getting updated authorizations, medicaid applications, family payments.
Training will be provided.
