WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
As an HVAC Service Tech - Installer, you'll take on a mix of responsibilities, from processing work orders to troubleshooting and maintaining heating and cooling systems.
You'll also handle the installation of new systems for our residential and commercial clients. Whether you're replacing coils, replacing compressors, or advising customers on upgrades, you'll ensure our clients experience minimal downtime.
Your day typically runs Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call duties and weekend work, but only when necessary.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECH - INSTALLER
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Current HVAC license and EPA certifications
- Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics
- Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
