Relationship Manager II

About The Role

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Relationship Manager II for our Lehi branch.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Originate and manage a portfolio of $15-20 million or higher with the overall objective of growth, maintaining asset quality, and generating stable income for the bank.
• Establish a lending portfolio with an emphasis in Commercial Real Estate, and Commercial Construction loans.
• Generate new loan applications, and effectively underwrite these loan requests in coordination with the lending team.
• Develop new lending, and deposit business relationships for the Bank.
• Effectively maintain and expand existing business relationships.
• While increasing profitable loan relationships, manage to a low delinquency and charge off rate - and ensure that lending operations and procedures meet bank policies.

About You

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Five to ten years of similar or related experience
• Education equivalent to a college degree

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY :

Sttong computer, analytical, communication, and managerial skills.

Must have experience analyzing business financial statements and assessing risk

Must have a fundamental knowledge of bank products, lending law and compliance requirements

Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
