The Registration Website Specialist / Meeting Technology Advisor is dedicated to a specific client for the main purpose of supporting the client’s global meetings and event management strategy.
This is accomplished by meeting or exceeding specific deliverables including, but not limited to, the creation and maintenance of digital communication for the client’s meetings and events using Cvent’s Event Marketing and Management solutions, management and statistical analysis of attendee data, and technical support for Cvent products.
In This Role, You Will : Creation and maintenance of on-line registration websites, email campaigns, mobile apps, and other Cvent products as appropriate based on client’s licensed products to align with client’s branding and compliance requirements Present best practices and solutions to accomplish client’s business requirements Maintain graphic, media, and document libraries Maintain company event templates (ensure branding guidelines are met) Manage and maintain client relationships in addition to providing direction and support to client’s other vendors from a technical perspective Work together with account management and other internal employees to drive long-term success for the client’s programs through regular interactions Work flexible hours to support a global account / team (this may sometimes include other work outside the standard work day or on weekends or conference calls) Other duties as assigned Here's What You Need : Web development experience (HTML, CSS) Intermediate user of MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel) 2+years corporate experience, financial services industry preferred Cvent Event Management certification required, Cvent Event Management Advanced certification preferred Strong organizational & time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and additional responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards Strong communication skills through all mediums with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships (for all levels of an organization, including executives) Proven analytical skills with consistent high attention to detail;
accuracy in spelling and grammar Personal integrity, initiative Strong sense of accountability; resourcefulness in identifying a problem or process improvement and following through to implement Ability to work as part of a team in a demanding environment Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced corporate organization University Degree or equivalent web design experience Physical Demands We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position.
