Brand Vaughan Lumber, a Division of USLBM, is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join their team! Things you should know about working at Brand Vaughan Lumber : We are all about teamwork! All positions are hands-on and we band together when necessary.

Responsibilities :
- Fosters close working relationships with the Sales team, along with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
- Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Provides leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to the Division president on implementing sales objectives that appropriately align with the Division’s business goals.
- Partners with leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by ensuring that a well-defined, efficient sales process is in place for launch.
- Builds, develops, and manages a sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
