Description
The ideal candidate will possess paralegal certification / degree, experience working in civil litigation, and be a self-starter.
This candidate should feel comfortable communicating between various groups and keeping all documents assigned organized and saved.
Responsibilities
- Review, propound and respond to discovery
- Document and maintain case files
- Facilitate the meeting of civil litigation deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely responses
- Conduct legal research
- Ability to capture billable time on each task contemporaneously, using proper language.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, ATO, Lidify, UltiPro, ITimekeep, all a plus
- Experience in civil litigation with a history of capturing billable time
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
