About the Role :
We are currently seeking senior level Associate Attorneys with 5 - 8 years of experience specializing in employment litigation and commercial litigation .
Responsibilities :
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal assignments
- Regularly handle court appearances
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Qualifications :
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New Jersey
- Admission to practice in New York a plus
- 5 - 8 years of experience with commercial / employment litigation
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
