Summary of Job Description :
The Associate Relations Analyst position is responsible for leading investigations to resolve basic associate complaints or concerns in collaboration with FHR management.
This position conducts and completes the investigation and communicates with FHR management on the status of the investigation and remedial actions.
The Associate Relations Analyst accurately assesses risk and liability in each case and documents findings in the EthicsPoint database.
Responsibilities
Responds to and leads the investigation to resolve associate complaints and concerns, collaborating and consulting more complex issues with management.
Conducts and completes the investigation thoroughly.
- Conducts investigations in a timely manner. Effectively plans investigations, communicates status updates and collaborates with management and Operations on remedial actions to be a trusted business partner.
- Effectively document the investigation. Maintains accurate records in compliance with company procedures. Ensures data in case management system is thorough and up to date.
- Accurately assess risk and liability in each case. Resolves associate relations concerns following federal and state laws and company policies through effective interaction with associates, Operations leaders and management.
- Facilitates periodic and quarterly AR trends with Operations leaders for assigned regions.
- Participates in special projects, training or other assignments as required.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
- Minimum three years of experience in HR related to associate relations issues, preferably in a retail / hospitality operations environment
- Must be available for alternative work week schedules, including weekends and non-business hours
- Successful completion of annual store training
Pay Range : P2 : $33.00 - $46.50 / Hour
Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time.
Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy.
Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.
Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts / difficult situations.
