DAY TO DAY AS A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Allcon Roofing is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Steep Slope division, specializing in diverse roofing materials such as slate, cedar, metal, hybrid, and composite systems.

The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of experience in the roofing or construction industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee every aspect of steep slope roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and uphold the highest quality and customer satisfaction standards.

You will foster a collaborative team environment, providing mentorship while ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance, while also serving as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
