Lead Network Engineer - CCIE - Data Center

About the Role :

We are seeking a Network Engineer with a passion for technology and a CCIE certification to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting a complex network infrastructure that encompasses data, voice, storage, and video networks, including contact center and network security technologies.

Your expertise will be crucial in managing our global environment, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions, and providing technical leadership.

What You'll Do :

Develop and deploy advanced network solutions that support business growth, mergers and acquisitions, and enhance application services.

Troubleshoot complex network issues, maintaining access to critical applications and company systems.

Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth.

Maintain accurate documentation and manage project timelines to ensure successful implementations.

What We're Looking For :

10-15 years of relevant experience in network engineering.

Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering or a related field.

Certifications : CCIE Data Center, Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise Wireless, Collaboration, CCDE, or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information.

Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Working Conditions :

Flexibility for overtime and non-standard hours as business demands.

On-call availability for critical support.

Professional office setting.

Occasional travel may be necessary.
