Kitchen Supervisor

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :

• Slice and chop food according to meal requirements.
• Prepare salads.
• Portion desserts into containers.
• Stock juices and milk.
• Assist the Lead Cook when requested.
• Serve meals to clients.
• Ensure food is placed on the serving line on time.
• Follow the assigned menu using sanitary guidelines.
• Restock cups, napkins, forks, and spoons.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Clean table tops and the dining area after each meal.
• Record daily temperatures of refrigeration systems and food.
• Perform cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor, including sweeping and mopping the kitchen and cafeteria.
• Accept food deliveries and follow the correct procedures when checking in food orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience :

• ServSafe Certification.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
